This hands-on experience introduces the proven Hidden Stress Method to help identify habits that silently sabotage physical, mental, and emotional health. To set the stage for success, each attendee completes a short pre-workshop assignment and receives a comprehensive workbook, habit assessment, and two editable routine templates.

All you need to do is distribute the announcement email we send to you! Once you get to know us, you’ll know that we do not like wasting time. And we sure don’t want to waste your time either. This is why we have streamlined this program so it is as efficient as possible – for all parties involved.
While smaller groups tend to be more interactive – which often means participants get more of their questions answered – group dynamics can vary. The ideal size is typically between 12 and 20, but it ultimately depends on your team’s needs, goals, and personality!
Additional fees apply for printed workbooks. The investment will vary based on group size, but is approximately $15 USD/$20 CAD per participant.
Once you’ve signed your contract, we’ll set you up with our admin team to secure your deposit and dates. We’ll review your objectives so we’re on the same page for launch, and then share the email announcement template for the program (so you don’t have to write it)!
Then, we will give all participants access to Let’s Talk About Stress, the foundational video that introduces them to The Hidden Stress Method. They will also be prompted to complete their Hidden Stress Assessment, fill out an intake form, and confidentially submit questions prior to the workshop.
The workshop introduces core concepts designed to build awareness and shift patterns. Attendees leave with a personalized routine and workbook, which makes follow-through more likely – especially when supported by leadership or internal culture.
