The Wellness Advantage Challenge™ is an empowering, informative, and forward-thinking group wellness coaching program that is based on Nicole’s online course, The 8 Weeks to Awesome Wellness Challenge.
Over 8 weeks and 9 LIVE coaching sessions with your colleagues, you’ll discover how to follow The Hidden Stress Framework™️, a unique and proven framework designed to help you overcome The Top 10 Unhealthy Habits that are adding stress to your body and brain everyday and contributing to common complaints like weight gain, fatigue, cravings, anxiety, poor sleep, brain fog, pain, and other common imbalances.
We can’t promise the results you’ll get (because everybody and every body is different), but below are some typical outcomes. You can also check out our testimonials for additional feedback.
We recommend you take a before and after picture (and pictures along the way), not just if you want to see an external change (ie/weight loss) but also if you want to feel an internal change (ie/improved mood or less anxiety). You might also want to see how much your skin, face, expression, and eyes change after going through the program.
Yes, we can accept latecomers to the program. If your employer is paying for the program, please let your employer know. If the employee is paying for the program, please contact us.
Unless you signed up for The 8 Weeks to Awesome or The Wellness Advantage Challenge during a promotion where Private Coaching was offered as a bonus, Private Coaching is not included.
Life is busy. We get it! This is why every session is recorded and available to re-watch in your NPW Portal. Plus, when you enrol, you receive extended access to the replays.
That said, we really do encourage you to show up for the live sessions, even if you can only attend for a few minutes. There is a direct correlation between your attendance and your success – and we want you to be a success!

Yes. Replays are available for all coaching sessions.
Replay expiry will vary by program. Check your program curriculum for your specific expiry date. Generally, they expire 2 weeks from your Wrap Up Session.
Yes. All sessions are recorded and within 24 hours, will be available in your unique Coaching Sessions Replays Section, which you can easily access via the NPW Members Portal.
We get it. Not everyone wants to tell the world about their private challenges.
This is how we’ve ensured you have full confidentiality and privacy, if that’s what you prefer:
- All coaching sessions are set up as webinars which means your cameras are automatically OFF. However, if you are chosen to receive LIVE coaching from Nicole during a session, you have the option to get on camera.
- Any questions you submit in advance are done through a confidential form.
- When you submit questions in the group coaching session, you have the option for the question to only come to our team as opposed to the entire group.
- We do not – and will never – share your data, period.
The 8 Weeks to Awesome includes videos, emails, recipe books, meal planning guidelines, food rules, lifestyle trackers, a wellness planner, and tons of resources to set you up for success.
If you’re in The Wellness Advantage Challenge, your program also includes live coaching sessions.

If you’ve signed up for The 8 Weeks to Awesome, your start date is 100% flexible. You can sign up, watch the introductory videos, and THEN decide when you want to start. It’s completely up to you!
Regardless of your program, you can access the Welcome Video by clicking on the plus sign (+) in the section below “Step 1: Watch the Welcome Video”.
Once you click on the + sign, the section will open and the Welcome Video will appear. Then just hit play.
Reminder: Once you’ve completed the Welcome Video, click the “Mark Complete” button so you can move onto the next module.
Before you can advance to the next module/section, you must mark all previous activities as “COMPLETED”. Also, within a module, before you can advance to the next activity, you must mark all previous presentations, videos, PDFs or other activity as “COMPLETED”.
If you’ve just started the program, and you’re unable to move onto the next section, be sure you:
To move to any section in the course, you need to have “COMPLETED” the previous exercises.If you’re not able to move past the Consent Form, make sure you have:1. marked the Welcome Video as “COMPLETE”.2. clicked “I agree” to all 5 questions and then clicked the “FINISH” button. If the Consent Form has been submitted, you’ll receive a score of “100%”.Once you’ve completed these 2 sections, you should have full access to the following section.
To access a weekly Resource Library, you need to have marked all previous presentations and documents as “COMPLETED”.For example, if you want to access the Hidden Stress Resource Library, you need to have done the following:1. Mark the Welcome Video as “COMPLETED”.
2. Check “I agree” to all 5 questions on the Consent Form and then click FINISH.
3. Mark the Let’s Talk About Stress video as “COMPLETED”.
Then you can access the Hidden Stress Resource Library.
The 7-Day Wellness Planner will become clearer as you get into the program. The first time you’ll add a habit is after you watch Train Your Brain for Habit Change, when it’s suggested that you allot time everyday to review your Intention. And then each week, you’ll add new healthy habits into your routine/planner. The goal is that you finish the program having complete clarity on how to fit healthy habits into your busy life, and so that you have your own unique, healthy, stress-reducing routine!
If you purchased The 8 Weeks to Awesome course, you can pause the program each week.
If you joined The Wellness Advantage Challenge, you cannot pause the program.
However, regardless of your program, you can always re-start once it’s completed. To restart, just head to the bottom of the curriculum and open the section called “WANT TO RESTART?”.

The answer is ‘yes’ because the Lifestyle Trackers, without a doubt, increase your odds of success.
They are part of this program because:
