What is The Wellness Advantage Challenge?

The Wellness Advantage Challenge™ is an empowering, informative, and forward-thinking group wellness coaching program that is based on Nicole’s online course, The 8 Weeks to Awesome Wellness Challenge.

Over 8 weeks and 9 LIVE coaching sessions with your colleagues, you’ll discover how to follow The Hidden Stress Framework™️, a unique and proven framework designed to help you overcome The Top 10 Unhealthy Habits that are adding stress to your body and brain everyday and contributing to common complaints like weight gain, fatigue, cravings, anxiety, poor sleep, brain fog, pain, and other common imbalances.


What results can I expect from this program?

We can’t promise the results you’ll get (because everybody and every body is different), but below are some typical outcomes. You can also check out our testimonials for additional feedback.

I've got another friend/colleague who wants to join The Wellness Advantage Challenge last minute. Is that okay?

Yes, we can accept latecomers to the program. If your employer is paying for the program, please let your employer know. If the employee is paying for the program, please contact us.

Is Private Coaching included in your programs?

Unless you signed up for The 8 Weeks to Awesome or The Wellness Advantage Challenge during a promotion where Private Coaching was offered as a bonus, Private Coaching is not included.

What if I can't make the live sessions in The Wellness Advantage Challenge?

Life is busy. We get it! This is why every session is recorded and available to re-watch in your NPW Portal. Plus, when you enrol, you receive extended access to the replays.

That said, we really do encourage you to show up for the live sessions, even if you can only attend for a few minutes. There is a direct correlation between your attendance and your success – and we want you to be a success!


What should I do before the Kick Off session?

Before Kick Off, we highly recommend that you:

  • Watch the Welcome Video
  • Watch Let’s Talk About Stress
  • Watch Train Your Brain for Habit Change
  • Review your Intention Workbook and Program Workbook

How long do I have access to The 2024 Wellness Advantage Challenge?

You have access to The 8 Weeks to Awesome for life. You have access to the coaching replays for 12 weeks after your start date.

What are the dates and times of the coaching sessions for The Wellness Advantage Challenge?

Dates and times will vary. Please see your program curriculum for details.

Are replays available in The Wellness Advantage Challenge?

Yes. Replays are available for all coaching sessions.

For how long are replays available in The Wellness Advantage Coaching Program?

Replay expiry will vary by program. Check your program curriculum for your specific expiry date. Generally, they expire 2 weeks from your Wrap Up Session.

If I miss a session, where can I watch the replays?

Yes. All sessions are recorded and within 24 hours, will be available in your unique Coaching Sessions Replays Section, which you can easily access via the NPW Members Portal.


Is The Wellness Advantage Challenge Group Coaching program confidential? I don't feel comfortable talking about my health with strangers.

We get it. Not everyone wants to tell the world about their private challenges.

This is how we’ve ensured you have full confidentiality and privacy, if that’s what you prefer:

  1. All coaching sessions are set up as webinars which means your cameras are automatically OFF. However, if you are chosen to receive LIVE coaching from Nicole during a session, you have the option to get on camera.
  2. Any questions you submit in advance are done through a confidential form.
  3. When you submit questions in the group coaching session, you have the option for the question to only come to our team as opposed to the entire group.
  4. We do not – and will never – share your data, period.

How are the programs taught?

You should have received your Welcome email and Zoom session emails within a few minutes after you paid for the program.

I haven't received my Notes from Nicole. What can I do?

Your daily Notes from Nicole should start the day after Session 1. If you haven’t received your emails, please contact us here.


Why do you recommend to NOT unsubscribe from the daily Notes from Nicole?

If you unsubscribe from the daily Notes from Nicole, you won’t receive the daily content and motivation during the program. In addition, you may not be able to re-subscribe to another course with the same email address. This is because of ANTI-SPAM laws. If you want to manage the emails, we recommend you filter them instead.


I'm not receiving the daily Notes from Nicole. What should I do?

If you’re not receiving your daily Notes from Nicole, try the following:

  1. Check your spam for emails from courses (at) nicoleporterwellness.com. Add courses (at) nicoleporterwellness.com to your address book to avoid future issues. 
  2. Be sure you select “MARK COMPLETE” in the “READY TO BEGIN?” section.

What happens once I purchase?

Once you’ve purchased through our secure servers, you’ll immediately receive an email with details on how to access the NPW Members Portal.

Once you sign into the NPW Members Portal, you’ll see the course(s) for which you registered.


I just signed up. Do I need to start right away?

If you’ve signed up for The Wellness Advantage Challenge, refer to the session dates on your program schedule.

If you’ve signed up for The 8 Weeks to Awesome, your start date is 100% flexible. You can sign up, watch the introductory videos, and THEN decide when you want to start. It’s completely up to you!


I just signed up and cannot access the Welcome Video. What should I do?

Regardless of your program, you can access the Welcome Video by clicking on the plus sign (+) in the section below “Step 1: Watch the Welcome Video”.

Once you click on the + sign, the section will open and the Welcome Video will appear. Then just hit play.

Reminder: Once you’ve completed the Welcome Video, click the “Mark Complete” button so you can move onto the next module.


I'm trying to move to the next module/lesson/section, but I keep getting a screen that says "Complete lessons before you can access this page."

Before you can advance to the next module/section, you must mark all previous activities as “COMPLETED”.  Also, within a module, before you can advance to the next activity, you must mark all previous presentations, videos, PDFs or other activity as “COMPLETED”.

If you’ve just started the program, and you’re unable to move onto the next section, be sure you:

  1. mark the Welcome Video as “COMPLETED”
  2. complete the mandatory Consent Form. This means you must agree to all 5 questions and then click “FINISH”.

I can't get past the Consent Form. When I try to go to the next section, I see the message: “complete the assessment.” Can you please help me with this?

To move to any section in the course, you need to have “COMPLETED” the previous exercises.
If you’re not able to move past the Consent Form, make sure you have:
1. marked the Welcome Video as “COMPLETE”. 
2. clicked “I agree” to all 5 questions and then clicked the “FINISH” button. If the Consent Form has been submitted, you’ll receive a score of “100%”.
Once you’ve completed these 2 sections, you should have full access to the following section.

I'm having trouble accessing the Resource Library for the first time. I have started week 1 and completed all of the lessons and introductory courses prior to week 1. How/when am I able to access the resources in the resource library?

To access a weekly Resource Library, you need to have marked all previous presentations and documents as “COMPLETED”.
For example, if you want to access the Hidden Stress Resource Library, you need to have done the following:

1. Mark the Welcome Video as “COMPLETED”.

2. Check “I agree” to all 5 questions on the Consent Form and then click FINISH.

3. Mark the Let’s Talk About Stress video as “COMPLETED”.

Then you can access the Hidden Stress Resource Library.

 


I just started and am not sure what to write in the Wellness Planner.

The 7-Day Wellness Planner will become clearer as you get into the program. The first time you’ll add a habit is after you watch Train Your Brain for Habit Change, when it’s suggested that you allot time everyday to review your Intention. And then each week, you’ll add new healthy habits into your routine/planner. The goal is that you finish the program having complete clarity on how to fit healthy habits into your busy life, and so that you have your own unique, healthy, stress-reducing routine!

 


Can I pause or restart the program after I start?

If you purchased The 8 Weeks to Awesome course, you can pause the program each week. 

If you joined The Wellness Advantage Challenge, you cannot pause the program.

However, regardless of your program, you can always re-start once it’s completed. To restart, just head to the bottom of the curriculum and open the section called “WANT TO RESTART?”.


Is it mandatory for me to fill out the daily trackers?

Yes (and no)!

The answer is ‘yes’ because the Lifestyle Trackers, without a doubt, increase your odds of success.

They are part of this program because:

  • they help you recognize patterns that you may not have been aware of in the past. When you see patterns, you can then start making adjustments.
  • they help you connect your habits to your health. A decision you made today can impact you weeks from now, especially if it’s a chronic habit. These Trackers help you connect the dots.
  • the accountability helps to build new habits and increases your odds of success
  • they are a phenomenal way for you to see how far you’ve come!

The answer is also ‘No’ because we can’t tell you what to do if you don’t want to do it! Just remember that the more you keep track of your progress, the greater your odds of success.


Will I receive a Certificate of Completion for training credits or CECs?


What if I join and change my mind?

We’d be sorry to see you go, of course, but if you’re not satisfied with the program, you can contact us for a refund. The only thing we ask is that you give the program a shot, which is the only way you’re going to get results. And then if it still doesn’t work for you, simply send us an email showing that you’ve fulfilled the requirements for the refund as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

How do I change my username and password?

Your username is your email address and cannot be changed. But you can change your password in 2 simple steps:
  1. Click on your avatar at the top-right of the screen to open up your profile menu and click “Profile”
  2. Type in a new password in the “Password” field then click the “Update Profile” button

  1. Click on your avatar at the top-right of the screen to open up your profile menu and click “Profile”
  2. Type in a new password in the “Password” field then click the “Update Profile” button


How do I reset my password?

1. Access the login page here.

2. Click the “Forgot your password?” link below the “Sign In” button at the bottom of the login form. See screenshot below.
3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
4. Reset your password and save it for future reference.


What if I join and change my mind?

We’d be sorry to see you go, of course, but if you’re not satisfied with the program, you can contact us for a refund. The only thing we ask is that you give the program a shot, which is the only way you’re going to get results. And then if it still doesn’t work for you, simply send us an email showing that you’ve fulfilled the requirements for the refund as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
