Nicole Porter is a Workplace Wellness Strategist and award-winning Stress Coach, Wellness Educator, and Nutritionist, with over three decades of experience in nutrition, fitness, mindfulness-based stress reduction and behavior change. She is also the founder of Unity Wellness Solutions and Nicole Porter Wellness, a workplace wellness company twice named one of Canada’s Top 10 Corporate Wellness Service Companies.
