Nicole Porter is an award-winning Stress Coach, Nutritionist, and Wellness Educator with over three decades of experience in nutrition, fitness, mindfulness-based stress reduction and behavior change. She is also the founder of Nicole Porter Wellness, a workplace wellness company twice named one of Canada’s Top 10 Corporate Wellness Service Companies.

Through keynote speaking, seminars, workshops, courses, and integrated workplace wellness programs, Nicole brings an innovative, strategic, and evidence-based approach to stress, health, and habit change, helping busy, stressed out professionals conquer The Top 10 Unhealthy Habits that can sabotage physical, mental, and emotional health – without them even knowing it.
