Our Wellness Workshops have been created to provide affordable access to an expert who will simplify complicated health information, helping you understand which common daily stressors are likely keeping you from reaching optimal health. Workshops are available for the public (as shown below) or can be added to a Corporate Wellness Seminar.

Understand why certain habits increase stress on your body and learn how to incorporate healthier decisions into your own 7-day wellness plan:

  1. Let’s Talk About Stress, Baby! (50 minute seminar + 10 minute Q&A)  |   Try to think of your greatest source of stress. For many, a demanding job, financial woes or a family/social conflict immediately come to mind. However, hidden stressors like poor diet, lack of sleep, incorrect exercise programs, dieting or excessive screen time can be just as detrimental to your health. In this informative and thought-provoking presentation, Nicole explains why today’s definition of ‘stress’ needs to be redefined, reveals common daily habits that are derailing the best intentioned wellness programs, and provides realistic advice and tools intended to reduce stress on your body, suggesting that it’s possible to live a healthy life amidst a busy schedule.
  2. Create Your Personalized Wellness Plan (60 minutes)  |  Do you need help figuring out how to fit the most impactful wellness habits into your week?  If you answered ‘yes!’, then this workshop is for you! With Nicole’s assistance and your newly acquired knowledge from the seminar, you’ll customize a 7-day wellness plan to your own schedule, ensuring that you incorporate the wellness components that Nicole believes are essential to reducing stress on the body and achieving optimal health. Throughout this interactive workshop, participants can ask questions in order to better understand wellness concepts related to stress, diet, exercise, sleep, dehydration, screen time, meditation, intuition and more.

As a busy professional and someone that is health-conscious and aware, I can sense the detriments that stress has on my daily life.
