The 12-Week Signature Wellness Challenge

Wellness is not just about diet and exercise. Think of someone you would define as ‘healthy’, but despite very committed attempts to follow a certain diet or exercise program, has a skin condition, headaches, joint pain, PMS, muscle loss, hormonal imbalance, digestive issues, or more serious illness. That person is not ‘well’ – because it’s not just about food and fitness.  It’s also about stressors like dehydration, lack of sleep, excessive screen time, too much or too little exercise, too much sugar, too little carbs, too much protein, skipping meals, emotional stress, unfulfilled expectations, too much travel, and the list goes on.

This is why the 12-Week Signature Wellness Challenge isn’t just about diet and exercise. If it was, you wouldn’t truly get well. Instead, it’s about effectively addressing the daily habits that are adding stress to your body, and providing you with a program that leaves you informed, productive, inspired, and ultimately, the best version of yourself that you know you can be.


Over 12 weeks (13 sessions), you’ll receive:

  • Personalized Wellness Plan to address potential imbalances in your body and provide you with a customized meal plan, Meal Planning Guidelines, recipe books and information to help you reduce stress in your body,
  • weekly coaching sessions to answer questions, introduce weekly challenges, and address diet, exercise, sleep, screen time, supplementation and other stressors that may be impacting your health,
  • ongoing email support to provide guidance outside of your weekly sessions,
  • a final wrap up session to set you up for success once the program is complete, and 
  • private access to your online profile and all documents.
  • Upon completion, you can add more sessions or sign up for the NPW Membership program.

Your Investment: $295 for session 1; $75 per week for remaining 12 weeks (plus applicable taxes)

Your investment is $1,195 plus applicable taxes. Intake forms must be completed at least 2 business days prior to Session 1. First and last sessions can be completed in person. All other sessions occur via FaceTime, Zoom, Skype or phone. Results will vary by individual. This program is non-cancellable. 



What happens after I book Session 1?

Once you book Session 1 online, you’ll receive 2 intake forms via email. It will take you about 30 minutes to complete each form so be sure to set aside the appropriate amount of time for each. These forms will then need to be submitted at least 2 days prior to Session 1.

Are the sessions in person or online?

The first and last sessions can be in person, but all other sessions are via phone, FaceTime or Skype. You can choose which options you prefer when you fill out your first intake form.

How long are the sessions?

The first session is 90 minutes. The last session is 30 minutes. All other sessions are 15 minutes. Ongoing email support will help to answer any questions or concerns throughout the program.

Can I ask questions between sessions?

Yes!  This is where a lot of the value comes in because you get personalized coaching for the entire program every single week. You receive unlimited email support throughout the entire program.

Is there an expiry on the 12-Week Signature Wellness Program?

The 12-Week Signature Wellness Program must be completed within 12 weeks of your first session.

What if I need more than 12 weeks to achieve my goals?

Everyone responds differently and integrates lifestyle change at a different pace.  If you require more than 12 weeks, additional One-on-One Coaching sessions can be added; however, within 12 weeks, you should have all the tools you need to confidently continue on your way.

  2. If the above is correct, check your spam folder for 2 intake forms from info@nicoleporterwellness.com.
  3. If the email is not in your spam folder, contact info@nicoleporterwellness.com or 604.569.0337 to have the forms resent.
