Pilates Coaching

Founded by bodybuilder, gymnast and boxer Joseph Pilates, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, while strengthening the deep torso and abdominal muscles, ultimately building core strength and a stronger, more functional body.

With a background in dance, fitness coaching, and personal training, Nicole brings an informed and thoughtful approach to Pilates, ensuring proper technique and posture are perfected before advancing to more difficult moves.

All group, individual and partner coaching are based on Mat and Standing Pilates, and take place at your workplace, provided an appropriately sized space is available.
