Personalized Wellness Plan
Too often, we self-diagnose our own health problems. We search the internet, talk to friends, desperately seeking solutions, particularly ones that produce the fastest results. The problem with this approach is that we rarely uncover the underlying cause of the problem, which means we rarely find a solution that actually works. And unfortunately, in many cases, the steps we take to ‘fix’ our issue can make the problem worse.
The Personalized Wellness Plan is an in-depth analysis of your current state of health. It will help you to better understand your body, how certain lifestyle choices may be contributing to current imbalances, and give you an opportunity to ask questions that pertain specifically to you and no one else. It is the foundation of all private programs and sessions because it helps you understand what might be happening in your body and gives us a base from which to improve and measure success.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Session 1 is a 60 minute session where we review your plan based on the results of your intake forms. You’ll receive a daily Wellness Checklist, customized meal plan, recipe books, hand picked articles, and supporting materials including Wellness Fundamentals, Meal Planning Guidelines, grocery lists and more.
- After Session 1 is completed, you’ll be required to submit a form for 7 days giving Nicole insight into your nutrition, activity, stress levels, sleep patterns, and more.
- Session 2 is a 30 minute follow up call to answer any questions you have about your plan, receive feedback on your 7 days of forms, and potentially add follow up sessions if necessary.
