Does this program really make sense for me if I already follow a fitness program?
Yes. The Personalized Wellness Plan does not replace a personal trainer or your current fitness regime. It simply ensures that physical fitness is worked into your weekly schedule. Fitness is an important piece of the Personalized Wellness Plan, but it also focuses on nutrition, screen time, dehydration, personal time, and more.
Does the Personalized Wellness Plan include coaching sessions?
The Personalized Wellness Plan does not include coaching sessions, but they may be added or recommended to help you achieve your goals. Currently, the Personalized Wellness Plan is set up so that you can follow the plan on your own. One-on-One Coaching sessions can be booked at any time.
Can I do this program online or by phone, or does it have to be in person?
Yes. All programs can be completed via Skype/FaceTime/phone or in person. When you book your session, you can choose which option is most convenient for you.
Are the Intro Session and 360 Wellness Assessment included in the Personalized Wellness Plan?
The 360 Wellness Assessment is part of the Personalized Wellness Plan, but the Intro Session needs to be purchased on it’s own (and it must be completed first).
Can I add more coaching sessions if I need more help?
Yes, of course. One-on-One Coaching sessions are available in 15, 30 and 60 minute intervals, as needed. 15 minute sessions are only available via Skype, FaceTime or phone; all other sessions are available in person as well.
