Personalized Wellness Plan

Too often, we self-diagnose our own health problems. We search the internet, talk to friends, desperately seeking solutions, particularly ones that produce the fastest results. The problem with this approach is that we rarely uncover the underlying cause of the problem, which means we rarely find a solution that actually works. And unfortunately, in many cases, the steps we take to ‘fix’ our issue can make the problem worse.

The Personalized Wellness Plan is an in-depth analysis of your current state of health.  It will help you to better understand your body, how certain lifestyle choices may be contributing to current imbalances, and give you an opportunity to ask questions that pertain specifically to you and no one else.  It is the foundation of all private programs and sessions because it helps you understand what might be happening in your body and gives us a base from which to improve and measure success.


  • Session 1 is a 60 minute session where we review your plan based on the results of your intake forms. You’ll receive a daily Wellness Checklist, customized meal plan, recipe books, hand picked articles, and supporting materials including Wellness Fundamentals, Meal Planning Guidelines, grocery lists and more.
  • After Session 1 is completed, you’ll be required to submit a form for 7 days giving Nicole insight into your nutrition, activity, stress levels, sleep patterns, and more.
  • Session 2 is a 30 minute follow up call to answer any questions you have about your plan, receive feedback on your 7 days of forms, and potentially add follow up sessions if necessary.


With your questions answered and a plan in place, you’ll confidently walk away with the knowledge, tools, direction, and support you need to get and stay healthy – long term.

The Personalized Wellness Plan is 2 sessions.  |  Additional fees apply if blood screening tests or fitness assessments are required.



Does this program really make sense for me if I already follow a fitness program?

Yes. The Personalized Wellness Plan does not replace a personal trainer or your current fitness regime. It simply ensures that physical fitness is worked into your weekly schedule. Fitness is an important piece of the Personalized Wellness Plan, but it also focuses on nutrition, screen time, dehydration, personal time, and more.

Does the Personalized Wellness Plan include coaching sessions?

The Personalized Wellness Plan does not include coaching sessions, but they may be added or recommended to help you achieve your goals. Currently, the Personalized Wellness Plan is set up so that you can follow the plan on your own. One-on-One Coaching sessions can be booked at any time.

Can I do this program online or by phone, or does it have to be in person?

Yes. All programs can be completed via Skype/FaceTime/phone or in person. When you book your session, you can choose which option  is most convenient for you.

Can I add more coaching sessions if I need more help?

Yes, of course. One-on-One Coaching sessions are available in 15, 30 and 60 minute intervals, as needed. 15 minute sessions are only available via Skype, FaceTime or phone; all other sessions are available in person as well.

I always thought I knew what I was supposed to do when it came to exercise and food. But I wasn’t getting results and if I’m honest, I kept blaming it on my jam-packed work and travel schedule. Even then, this entire experience was an education!
