Partner Wellness Program

Designed for 2 people with similar health goals, this 6-week Partner Wellness Program addresses personal health concerns but also provides an inspiring and collaborative team atmosphere so that participants can support each other and reach goals together. It’s perfect for those looking to get off the dieting rollercoaster, who are tired of not getting results from their workouts, or who want to feel healthier, have more energy, or take more control of their health and wellness.

With weekly coaching sessions, this informative and challenging program addresses nutrition, fitness, stress management, sleep, screen time, meditation, dehydration, chemical exposure and other lifestyle habits that may be keeping you from optimal health.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Over 6 weeks, you’ll receive:

  • 2 x Personalized Wellness Plans to address potential imbalances in your body and provide you with a customized meal plan, daily wellness checklist, and information to help you reduce stress in your body,
  • 7 weekly partner coaching sessions to answer questions, introduce weekly challenges, and address diet, exercise, sleep, screen time, supplementation and other stressors that may be impacting your health,
  • a Partner Wellness Program Guide including: Nicole’s Wellness Fundamentals, Meal Planning Guidelines, Recipe Books, Grocery List and more
  • unlimited email support to provide guidance outside of weekly sessions,
  • a final wrap up session to set you both up for success once the program is complete, and
  • private access to your online profiles and all documents.

Your Investment:  $95 per week per person for 6 weeks |  Additional fees apply if blood screening tests or fitness assessments are required.

Intake forms must be completed at least 2 business days prior to Session 1. Sessions 1 and 7 can be completed in person. All other sessions occur via FaceTime, Skype or phone. Investment is $570 plus applicable taxes per person, payable in six equal weekly instalments. Results will vary by individual. This program is non-cancellable.

FAQs

How should I decide between doing the Signature Wellness Program on my own or doing the Partner Wellness Program with someone else?

The Partner Wellness Program is a great way for 2 people with similar goals to share the costs, experience, weekly challenges and success, while the Signature Wellness Program is a highly customized coaching program geared towards supporting you to reach your personal goals.  If you and your partner have different goals (ie/one is an avid dieter and wants to lose weight, and the other wants to increase energy or improve overall well being), then it’s likely best to choose separate programs; however if you have similar goals and want to just feel better together, the Partner Wellness Program is a great choice.  If in doubt, feel free to contact info@nicoleporterwellness.com.

Can I do this program online?

Absolutely. All sessions can be booked via Skype/FaceTime or phone, and in person, or a combination of each.  When you book Session 1, you are given the option to book the first session in person or via phone/Skype/FaceTime. Sessions 2-7 will be scheduled during Session 1.

How long are the weekly coaching sessions?

Session 1 is 90 minutes. Weekly coaching sessions are 20 minutes. The final wrap up session is 60 minutes.

Is there an expiry on the Partner Wellness Program?

The Partner Wellness Program runs for 6 weeks/7 sessions. Any cancelled sessions will need to be rescheduled within a week of the missed session, but the program cannot run past 7 weeks.

How does payment work?

  1.  You book and pay for your portion ($95 + tax) of Session 1. This will reserve the session time for you and your partner.
  2. You’ll immediately receive an email requesting your partner’s contact information.
  3. We will email your partner, prompting him/her to set up an online account and to book the other half of the session (also $95 + tax).
  4. You will both be billed weekly for each session and will receive receipts following each session.

What is the cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours notice for cancellation or the credit card on file will be billed.
