What’s the difference between the Anti-Dieting Weight Loss Program and the Signature Wellness Program?
The 2 private programs are very similar because ultimately the goal is to get people to stop dieting and focus more on wellness (and the truth is, you can’t lose weight unless you are well!).
In general, if your goal is to lose weight AND much of your life has been spent on a diet, choose the Anti-Dieting Weight Loss Program. But if you’re trying to just feel better in general or address other pressing health concerns, the Signature Wellness Program is your best bet.
What happens after I book Session 1?
Once you book Session 1 online, you’ll receive 2 intake forms via email. It will take you about 30 minutes to complete each form so be sure to set aside the appropriate amount of time for each. These forms will then need to be submitted at least 2 days prior to Session 1.
Can I do this program online?
Yes. All sessions can be booked via Skype, FaceTime or phone. A video option like Skype or FaceTime is preferred, but it’s up to you and depends on your access to the technology.
How long are the sessions?
The first session is 90 minutes. The last session is 60 minutes. All other sessions are 15 minutes. Ongoing email support will help to answer any questions or concerns throughout the program.
Can I ask questions between sessions?
Yes! This is where a lot of the value comes in because you get personalized coaching for the entire program every single week. You receive unlimited email support throughout the entire program.
Is there an expiry on the Anti-Dieting Weight Loss Program?
The Anti-Dieting Weight Loss Program is a 12 week program that ends with a 13th wrap up session. For best results and to make room for other participants, the program must be completed within 13 weeks. Additional coaching sessions can be added if you have not reached your goal; however, within 12 weeks, you should have all the tools you need to confidently continue on your way.
What if I miss a session?
Each session must be completed within the 7 days it was originally booked, so you can make up the session as long as there’s availability!
What if I hit my goal before the end of the program?
This program is 12 weeks so if you reach your goal beforehand, we’ll use the addition time to refine your program and address any other imbalances that might exist in your body.
What if I need more than 12 weeks to achieve my goals?
Everyone responds differently and integrates lifestyle change at a different pace. If you require more than 12 weeks, additional One-on-One Coaching sessions can be added; however, within 12 weeks, you should have all the tools you need to confidently continue on your way.
How does payment work?
When you book Session 1, you’ll be prompted to add your credit card, at which point, you’ll be billed $325 plus applicable taxes for the first instalment. Then, you’ll be billed again at weeks 5 and 9 for $325 + tax each.
