One-on-One Coaching sessions are private sessions for those who need additional support to reach or maintain health goals, address current health concerns, or obtain more specific knowledge about how to reduce imbalances in the body and improve their overall well-being. Available in 15, 30 and 60 minute timeslots, these sessions are an excellent way to re-assess your health and goals, gain more knowledge and better habits, or keep you on track on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. An Intro Session must be completed before One-on-One sessions.
- 15 minutes: $45 (phone, FaceTime, or Skype)
- 30 minutes: $75 (phone, FaceTime, or Skype)
- 60 minutes: $150 (our office or via phone, FaceTime, or Skype)
