ONE-ON-ONE COACHING

Private Coaching sessions are available in a few ways:

Supplementary 1-on-1 Coaching sessions are available for those who need additional support to reach or maintain health goals, address current health concerns, or obtain more specific knowledge about how to reduce imbalances in the body and improve their overall well-being. Available in 15, 30 and 60 minute time slots, these sessions are an excellent way to re-assess your health and goals, gain more knowledge and better habits, or keep you on track on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.

Personalized Wellness Plan, 12-Week Signature Wellness Challenge or The Kickstarter (6 weeks) must be completed before adding individual One-on-One sessions.
