Because protein and fat (which you’ll find in the almonds, cashews and walnuts in this mix) are necessary to balance your blood sugar, keep you fuelled throughout the day, and help to manage cravings. Plus it’s an easy, healthy snack that takes no time to prepare!

For the record though, don’t go ‘nuts’ (sorry for the pun, I seriously wasn’t intending it!) on dried fruit. It is dehydrated and not in it’s purest form of fresh, whole fruit.
