I just purchased the FREE coaching session and program for $395. How do I book my private session?

Once you’ve purchased your program, you’ll receive 2 emails:

  1. one welcomes you to the course and explains how it works
  2. the second explains when and where to book your 60 minute session.

What results can I expect from this program?

Results will vary by individual but common outcomes include weight loss, increased energy, reduced cravings, improved digestion, brighter skin, less anxiety, and reduced food sensitivities. I recommend you take a before and after picture!


I just purchased the course but I can't start it right away. Is that okay?

Yes, you can start whenever works for you. You have 120 days to complete the program and it’s 57 days worth of materials. If you want to start your first challenge on a Monday, however, it’s best to watch the first 2 videos the day before (on Sunday) so that you officially start your Week 1 challenge first thing Monday morning.


How long do I have to complete the program?

From the day you complete your Chapter 1 video, the program is 57 days; however, you have access to the course materials for a total of 180 days.


How long do I have access to the program?

You have access to the program for 180 days from the date of purchase.


Can I pause the program after I start?

Technically, you can, but keep 2 things in mind:

  1. The program is available to you for 180 days so you will want to make sure you finish the program by the final day. 
  2. Daily emails are part of your program. Although those emails are replicated in your course outline, they can’t be paused. So if you pause your program in Week 2, and you pause it for 7 days, for example, you’ll end up getting Week 3 emails while you’re in Week 2. If you’re okay with this, cool.  If you’re not okay with it but you still need to pause the program, you can always unsubscribe from the emails and just get your daily information in the daily “Note from Nicole” in your course outline. 

Is Private Coaching included in this program?

Private Coaching is not included in this version of the program, but can be purchased separately here, via a link in your course outline, or through other course materials.


How do I add Private Coaching Sessions and how many do you recommend?

At any time before, during or after your program, you can book one or more Private Coaching Sessions. Everyone’s coaching needs vary, but typically, I’d recommend sessions as follows:  

  • 1 session between Weeks 2 and 4 (depends on how much guidance and coaching you need regarding nutrition)
  • 1 session during Week 5
  • 1 session during towards the end of the program to ensure you’re not confused about any information as you move forward beyond the program.

How do I get a customized meal plan?

If you’re following the documents provided in the program, a Customized Meal Plan will likely not be necessary. But if you would prefer some additional guidance, book a 60 minute session here and we can build your meal plan together.

Is it mandatory for me to fill out the daily trackers?

Yes. The daily Trackers are part of this program because the accountability helps to build new habits and increases your odds of success. This is why each Tracker is mandatory and must be completed before you can move onto the following day’s information. 

I keep getting emails saying my courses are incomplete. Why?

This is because you may not have hit ‘complete’ at the end of all of the materials. You just need to go in and hit complete on everything you’ve completed and you should be good to go!

Can I change the time I receive my daily emails?

At this point, you can’t. Your daily emails will arrive to your inbox everyday at the same time and that time is based on what time you clicked “CONTINUE” on the Water Video. If you hit ‘continue’ at 8am, you’ll get your first email the next day at 8am (24 hours later) and at 8am everyday throughout the program. But if you hit it at 5pm, you’ll receive them at 5pm.  We can’t control this because it’s how the online education platform works. In the future, this may change.

I’m not getting the daily emails. What should I do?

  1. Check your spam for emails from courses@nicoleporterwellness.com. Add courses@nicoleporterwellness.com to your address book to avoid future issues.
  2. Be sure you hit “Click and Continue” after you watch the Lesson 1 Presentation
  3. If these don’t fix the problem, contact info@nicoleporterwellness.com

I don't want to receive the daily emails. Can I opt out?

Yes! You just need to click unsubscribe at the bottom of an email, just as you would with any other email communication you no longer want to receive. If you decide to opt out though, make sure you’re reviewing the daily information in your daily Tracker. This will keep you informed and accountable, which can increase your odds of success.


Where can I find the Avoid List, Meal Planning Guidelines, Food Rules, Food FAQs, Recipe Books, and other resources?

All of these documents are available in your course outline, daily emails or the Resource Pages. 

Do I have to review the Resource Page each week?

No, you don’t, but it does contain additional information and resources to help you be more successful during the program.

Why are there so many lessons listed?

It only appears there are a lot of lessons because each presentation, daily email, daily tracker, and any other resource provided counts as one ‘lesson’.
