What is the Healthy Weight Loss Program?
As you can see from my T-shirt, I’m not a fan of dieting. There are many reasons for my passion behind this (I believe my food choices were the root cause of my migraines), but ultimately it’s because dieting is a stress on the body and this ongoing stress (from yoyo dieting, restricting calories, eating too much protein, etc) can lead to further imbalances and disease down the road.
After years of testing, tweaking, and modifying various nutrition and fitness programs, I’ve created the 3 Month Healthy Weight Loss Program removing the analysis, anguish, and stressful mental, emotional, and physical rollercoaster that can accompany many dieting and exercise trends. Based on reality, not restriction, this simplified approach to wellness eliminates the need to count calories, be attached to numbers on the scale, or rely too much on exercise programs to get you the results you want.
