What is the Healthy Weight Loss Program?

As you can see from my T-shirt, I’m not a fan of dieting. There are many reasons for my passion behind this (I believe my food choices were the root cause of my migraines), but ultimately it’s because dieting is a stress on the body and this ongoing stress (from yoyo dieting, restricting calories, eating too much protein, etc) can lead to further imbalances and disease down the road.

After years of testing, tweaking, and modifying various nutrition and fitness programs, I’ve created the 3 Month Healthy Weight Loss Program removing the analysis, anguish, and stressful mental, emotional, and physical rollercoaster that can accompany many dieting and exercise trends.  Based on reality, not restriction, this simplified approach to wellness eliminates the need to count calories, be attached to numbers on the scale, or rely too much on exercise programs to get you the results you want. The program sets you up for long term success so that you can say no to dieting – for good!

The Goals:

  • to teach you how to maintain a healthy weight without relying on restrictive diets or unrealistic exercise programs,
  • to reduce the stress that dieting causes so that your body and mind can function optimally,
  • to show you that if you focus on improving the function of your body inside, the outside will naturally follow, and
  • to help you reach your goals once and for all.

The Program

Over 12 weekly sessions, you will receive:

  • a 360 Wellness Assessment to address goals, current health, and potential imbalances in your body,
  • Personalized Wellness Plan – a morning to night plan addressing diet, exercise, sleep, hydration, electronics exposure, supplementation, and other physical and emotional stressors,
  • weekly coaching sessions to answer questions, adjust your program, and help you overcome obstacles that are keeping you from reaching your goals, and
  • a Week 12 final assessment to set you up for success once the program is complete, or discuss a further plan of action, if necessary.

PLUS:

  • unlimited email support to answer questions and provide guidance outside of your weekly sessions,
  • weekly articles, videos, tips and tricks to help build healthy habits for good,
  • meal plans, recipes, grocery list, product recommendations, and other supporting documents, and
  • private access to your online profile and all documents.

Next steps…

Once you book Session 1 online, you’ll receive 2 intake forms via email. In these forms, you’ll be asked to provide information about your goals, current state of health, as well as measurements. These forms must be submitted 7 days prior to your first session.

In Session 1 (90 minutes), we’ll discuss your intake forms, review your 360 Wellness Assessment results and new Personalized Wellness Plan, set up the remainder of your weekly coaching sessions, and answer any questions you have. This session will be via Skype, FaceTime or phone.

You’ll receive a total of 12 weeks of one-on-one coaching along with unlimited email support throughout the entire program.

Results will vary by individual. FAQs

When can my sessions start?

Your sessions can start anytime between January 2 and January 22.

What if I hit my goal before the end of the program?

This program is 12 weeks so if you reach your goal beforehand, we’ll use the addition time to refine your program and address any other imbalances that might exist in your body.

What if I miss a session?

Each session must be completed in the week it is booked, so you can make up the session as long as there’s availability!

How does payment work?

When you book Session 1, you’ll be prompted to add your credit card, at which point, you’ll be billed $325 plus applicable taxes for the first instalment. Then, you’ll be billed again at weeks 5 and 9 for $325 + tax each.

How long are the sessions?

The first session is 90 minutes. The last session is 60 minutes. All other sessions are 15 minutes. Ongoing email support will help to answer any questions or concerns throughout the program.
