  1. All coaching sessions are set up as webinars which means your cameras are automatically OFF. However, if you are chosen to receive LIVE coaching from Nicole during a session, you have the option to get on camera.
  2. Any questions you submit in advance are done through a confidential form.
  3. When you submit questions in the group coaching session, you have the option for the question to only come to our team as opposed to the entire group.
  4. We do not – and will never – share your data, period.

What is the deadline to enrol in the Spring 2024 challenge?

You can enrol until April 14, 2024 at 11:59pm PST.

If you can’t attend any or all sessions, but you have questions you want answered (which you probably do!), then just submit your questions via the Question Form you’ll receive, and watch the replay for your answers!

How many coaching sessions are included?

The Wellness Advantage Challenge includes 10 coaching sessions.

What if I can't make the live sessions?

Life is busy. We get it! This is why every session is recorded and available to re-watch in your NPW Portal. Plus, when you enrol, you receive extended access to the replays, which means you have access to all replays until April 5, 2024 at 11:59pm PST.

That said, we really do encourage you to show up for the live sessions, even if you can only attend for a few minutes. There is a direct correlation between your attendance and your success – and we want you to be a success!

I'm not able to attend one of the live coaching sessions. Can I access a replay?

Yes. All coaching sessions are recorded and available for a period of time after your program is over.

What if I try TWAC and realize it's not a good fit?

We’d be sorry to see you go, of course, but if you’re not satisfied with the program, you can contact us for a refund. The only thing we ask is that you give the program a shot, which is the only way you’re going to get results. And then if it still doesn’t work for you, simply show us that you’ve taken the steps we’ve recommended and then show us that you’ve done the following via email by April 21, 2024:
